Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all accessories included
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) must be provided

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during final sale events (clearly marked as non-returnable)
  • Items damaged due to user neglect or misuse
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Items damaged by improper storage or handling

Refund Process

We'll provide you with return shipping details and a return authorization.

Step 3: Ship Your Item

Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided label (or your own shipping method).

Upon receipt, we inspect the item (typically 3-5 business days).

Step 5: Refund Processing

Once approved, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Approval/Rejection: Email notification upon completion
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: 2-5 additional business days (varies by bank)

Return Shipping

For items received in damaged or defective condition, we provide prepaid return labels. For other returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. We recommend using tracked shipping to monitor your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label at no cost
  • Send a replacement item immediately (before receiving the return)
  • Offer a full refund if replacement is not available

Exchange Instead of Refund

Prefer an exchange? We're happy to help! You can exchange for:

  • Different size (e.g., iPhone 13 to iPhone 14)
  • Different color of the same product
  • Different product of equal or greater value
  • Exchanges are processed faster than refunds

Cancelled Orders

Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order enters processing (1-2 business days), cancellation is not possible. In this case, you would need to return the item once received.

Manual Payment Refunds

For customers who made manual bank transfers, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Verify the original bank account used for payment
  • Process refund to the same bank account
  • Include transaction reference in refund details
  • Bank transfer processing typically takes 2-5 business days

Refund Deductions

In some cases, the following deductions may apply:

  • Restocking fee: Up to 10% for non-defective returns
  • Return shipping: If paid by customer
  • Damage caused by improper handling: Assessed on case-by-case basis

No Refund After Refund Period

Items returned after the 30-day refund period will not be accepted. We recommend returning items as soon as possible to avoid missing the refund window.
