We accept OPay Bank Transfer. Select this option during checkout and follow the payment instructions.

How long does payment processing take?

Bank transfers typically process within 1-2 business days. Once verified, we confirm and process your order.

Do you offer payment plans?

Currently, we don't offer payment plans, but we're working on options. Check back soon!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary: Local (₦2,000), Nationwide (₦3,000-₦5,000), Express (₦8,000).

Do you deliver outside Nigeria?

Currently, we ship within Nigeria only. International shipping is coming soon!

How long does delivery take?

Local: 2-3 days, Nationwide: 3-5 days, Express: 1-2 days. Times start after processing.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

Contact us immediately with your tracking info. We'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

What's your return policy?

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original condition.

How do I initiate a return?
